By using the Crysandrea.com web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and acknowledge these terms can change at any time with no notification of any kind.

  • Account specifications
    1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
    2. You agree that the information you have submitted to Crysandrea during your sign up process and at all other times will be truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
    3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account / IP address / Username.
  • Behavior specifications
    1. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Crysandrea users.
    2. You may not use Crysandrea for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
    3. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on Crysandrea.
    4. You must not create or submit unwanted messages to any Crysandrea members ("Spam").
    5. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
    6. You must not, engage in any intentional activity which may disrupt Crysandrea and/or its individual members.
    7. You must not, make available in any form false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law.
    8. You must not, in the use of Crysandrea.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • Using Crysandrea, agreements
    1. You must not modify, adapt or hack Crysandrea or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Crysandrea.com .
    2. You may not use Crysandrea for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
    3. When using Crysandrea, you understand that you may be subject to viewing submissions that may be objectionable, indecent, or offensive.
    4. You cannot create user accounts under false pretenses with fraudulent intent or through automated means
    5. All items, graphics, web elements, features and codes are owned by Crysandrea, and Crysandrea reserves the right to remove them at any time.
    6. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of United States and any user of Crysandrea agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of the United States Federal, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any legal issue arising must be dealt with in the location of Puerto rico.
  • Crysandrea Rights
    1. Termination: You agree that Crysandrea, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Crysandrea or your use of Crysandrea and remove and discard all or any part of your account including its inventory of any virtual items, Crysandrea Palladium, or any Member Submission, at any time. As all items, Crysandrea Palladium, and other aspects of your account are considered to be licensed to you for your use while your account is in good standing, all of the previous are considered to be forfeit when the account is banned or otherwise terminated. Any donations made hereunder are non-refundable.
    2. You agree that any termination of your access to Crysandrea or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Crysandrea shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. As discussed herein, Crysandrea does not permit illegal activities on Crysandrea, and reserves the right to terminate access to Crysandrea. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Crysandrea may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Crysandrea may have at law or in equity.
  • Working for Crysandrea ( Staff )
    1. While working for Crysandrea has a wide amount of noticeable perks it can provide, you acknowledge and abide that all material, graphics, codes and content within online resources you provide immediately become property of Crysandrea.com
    2. We reserve the right to demote a staff member at all times for any logical reason we see suit.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Crysandrea account. While Crysandrea.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Crysandrea cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials.
